Cheering Up the Winter Garden: Plants for Color, Form, Texture and Wildlife
February 25, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
$22Course Description:
Colorado winters can feel a bit long to gardeners, but there are so many lovely days during these months, both to be outside and to admire through the windows. The quiet season´s pent-up spring fever is often spent dreaming of floral explosions and food harvests. Let´s plan now to make the winter season better in the garden when it comes around again next year. Get to know and learn how to grow some of the best plants for winter beauty and for helping nourish and shelter creatures through these lean months.
Presented by Lauren Springer Ogden:

She has designed public gardens spaces at the Denver Botanic Gardens, Chatfield Farm, and the Gardens on Spring Creek where she is also on staff.
