Earth Day Tree Sale & Giveaway
April 22, 2017
Come and celebrate Earth Day with us on Saturday, April 22nd. We are extremely proud of the roll we’ve played in greening up Fort Collins for 85 years and for our contributions to a healthy, sustainable environment here at home.
Discounts: We are offering a 20% discount on all trees on April 22nd & 23rd to encourage you to continue to grow with us.
Kids Potting Activity: We will feature a kids potting activity in the greenhouse throughout the day on Saturday. For $5, kids receive a 5″ pot, soil and annual 4-pak that they can pot up themselves with the help of one of our greenhouse associates.
Prize Giveaway: We’ll be giving away many great door prizes on Saturday so you’ll have several chances to win. Winners will be selected from a drawing and contacted no later than Tuesday, April 25th.
Prizes Include:
- Free 10 or 15 Gallon tree of your choice. This includes free planting for customers in Delivery Zone A or discounted planting for customers in Zones B & C.
- Signed copy of The Undaunted Garden by Lauren Springer Ogden.
- Copy of Steppes – The Plants and Ecology of the World’s Semi-arid Regions by Michael Bone, Dan Johnson, Panayoti Kelaidis, Mike Kintgen & Larry G. Vickerman. This copy is signed by 4 of the 5 authors.
