Harvest Winemaking

Richard W. Bender, author of the forthcoming book, Craft Wines, will discuss his 30+ years’ experience in winemaking with 150 different wines made from flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables. Bender will discuss the equipment and supplies needed to easily make your own wines at home and describe his methods for making tasty wines. Equipment and wines in process will be on display along with a selection of homemade wines for tasting.
