As gardens wind down in the fall, some of us go into panic mode at the thought of a winter without fresh homegrown greens! It doesn’t have to be that way—microgreens to the rescue! Come learn how easy it is to grow these tasty and nutritious treats. Each participant will be able to take home a small flat of microgreens that we will plant in class, as well as recipes and ideas on how to use them.
About the Instructor
Kathy Hatfield is the owner of Raspberry Hill Farm, a small family farm in northern Colorado that specializes in growing specialty cut flowers, seasonally and sustainably grown.
