Roger Heins, is the former Vice-President of Marketing, Sales and Genetics for Jackson-Perkins Roses and Co-Founder/Sr. V.P. of Etera Gardens.  He currently volunteers in the CSU Horticulture  Extension program and provides consulting services to the horticulture industry and rose hybridizers. He is a member of the American and Denver Rose Societies, a Certified Colorado Gardener, and judges All American Rose test gardens and International rose trials.
