Colorado is a great environment for growing your own fruits and berries, and there are even tons of tasty options growing wild. Join Keith Williamson of Little Valley Wholesale Nursery and learn how you can turn all this bounty into delicious preserves, jams, and jellies. Keith has been making preserves, jams, and jellies for years, using everything from strawberries and grapes to chokecherries and rose hips. Samples and fresh homemade bread will be provided to all participants.
