Colorado is a great environment for growing your own fruits and berries, and there are even tons of tasty options growing wild. Join Keith Williamson of Little Valley Wholesale Nursery and learn how you can turn all this bounty into delicious preserves, jams, and jellies. Keith has been making preserves, jams, and jellies for years, using everything from strawberries and grapes to chokecherries and rose hips. Samples and fresh homemade bread will be provided to all participants.

Spend some time learning which fruit trees and berries grow best in our Front Range climate. Scott Skogerboe, Chief Propagator for Fort Collins Wholesale Nursery, will discuss cultivated varieties along with some unusual minor fruits, coinciding well with Keith Williamson’s morning program on Preserves.
