Learn the general rules of thumb for when to prune\, clean-up and deadhead your plants\, resulting in a healthier\, more attractive landscape.    \n  \nPresented by Robyn Dolgin \nRobyn Dolgin\, owner of Wild Iris Living\, has been a horticulturist for nearly 40 years\, and is considered the gardeners’ gardener.  The company provides design\, consultation\, pruning and maintenance services to create beautiful\, four season interest\, water conserving landscapes. \nShe loves working with nature and the energy of space to create landscapes that are functional\,  aesthetically pleasing and uplifting to those who view or spend time in them.  Robyn is an artist\, educator\, writer and plant advocate.  When not in the garden or recreating in nature\, you’ll find her spending time in the Wild Iris Studio\, creating mixed media art pieces with found objects\, treasures of nature and handmade paper.   \n  \nClick here to register \n  \nImportant registration details (Please read carefully) \n\nPlease note that Eventbrite serves as our ticketing platform only. Learn the basics and pick up some helpful tips for growing vegetables\, having a healthy lawn\, and managing and selecting the best trees and shrubs for your landscape. Despite the various factors that face gardeners\, adapting for our climate and conditions can result in beautiful landscapes in Northern Colorado.  \n  \nPresented by Alison O’Connor \nAlison Stoven O’Connor is the Colorado State University Extension horticulture agent in Larimer County. She’s been with Extension for fifteen years. Alison coordinates the Larimer County Master Gardener program and assists homeowners and industry with horticultural questions. She attended Iowa State University and The Ohio State University\, majoring in horticulture\, and completed her Ph.D. at Colorado State University in 2014\, studying nursery tree production and landscape establishment.
