SUMMARY:2020 Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off: Private Event
DESCRIPTION:Private Event for Growers Only\nThis year\, Fort Collins Nursery is working with the Great Pumpkin Commonwealth\, Rocky Mountain Giant Vegetable Growers club\, and Larimer County Department of Health to organize a safe location for growers to weigh their pumpkins. As such\, the competition will be closed to the public with only necessary staff\, judges\, and competing growers in attendance.  \nOur number one concern this year has been to find ways to operate our business with the safety of our customers\, staff\, and community in mind. Opening up the event to the public\, even at a limited capacity\, would present numerous challenges and would be inconsistent with our values.   \nFor those of you who had hoped to view all the giant pumpkins this year\, we will share images and videos from the competition on our website and Facebook page.
