SUMMARY:The Patti Fiasco w/ Bob Lefevre & Laniece Schleicher
DESCRIPTION:The Patti Fiasco\nw/ Bob Lefevre & Laniece Schleicher\n\nDate: Wednesday\, July 10\nDoors: 5:30pm\nShow: 6:30pm\nTickets: $25 ADV/ $30 Door/ Kids 12 & Under Free\nAudience members are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for additional seating\nWell-behaved pets on leashes are welcome!\n\n  \nOnline Ticket Sales are now closed. Tickets are still available for purchase at the door. \n  \n  \nConcert Description:\n \nThe Patti Fiasco\nJet-fueled by powerhouse front woman Alysia Kraft\, The Patti Fiasco rides the edge of emotional extreme\, delivering a brash yet fiercely soulful brand of rock and roll with a heavy dose of rockabilly\, blues\, and ballad. At times raw and volatile\, and at others\, sweet and lilting\, the band fuses a hard-rock swagger with the two-step of its Wyoming roots. It’s the attitude of Joan Jett with a Steve Earle twang\, the soul and slide of Bonnie Raitt\, Black-Keys-style dirty blues-rock\, and the lyric edginess of Shovels and Rope. \nIn 2017\, the band won a nationwide contest sponsored by Live Nation and Bon Jovi’s management to open for the rock icon at The Pepsi Center before a sell-out crowd in March of 2018. Alysia Kraft’s unrelenting energy\, inspired songwriting\, and vocals “as pure and clean as they are powerful” (Westword) earned her The Colorado Sound 2023 Award for most Outstanding Live Performer. The dobro\, handmade and electrified—literally—by band member and 2007 RockyGrass dobro competition winner Ansel Foxley\, builds the band’s signature blend of rock\, country\, and Americana. Lead guitarist Dee Tyler’s riffs range from gritty and driving to pensive and melodic\, and his backing vocals add warmth to Kraft’s pointed lyrics.  In March of 2022\, celebrating ten years together as a band\, The Patti Fiasco performed with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra at the Historic Lincoln Theatre. \nConceived at a Wyoming open mic in 2009\, The Patti Fiasco quickly earned wide critical acclaim\, a devout fan base spanning the West and Midwest\, and radio play across the nation. The band has shared the stage with legends Bon Jovi and Blondie\, renowned acts Big Head Todd and the Monsters\, Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite\, Justin Townes Earle\, Great American Taxi\, Cracker\, Greensky Bluegrass\, The Futurebirds\, Born in the Flood\, and Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real. \nReinvigorated by line-up changes\, a creative refresh provided by solo pursuits\, and a “best yet” collection of new songs\, The Patti Fiasco is set to release their first new music since 2016 beginning in Spring of 2024. Their 2016 release\, “Saved By Rock and Roll” was SCENE MAGAZINE’S Album of the Year.  Their 2013 release\, “Small Town Lights\,” has garnered multiple accolades\, including Wyoming Public Radio’s Best Regional Album award\, FoCoMA’s Best Album award\, and high positioning on the Colorado charts. It finished in the top 10 most-played Colorado records of 2013. The single of the same name received national radio play and was featured in the film “Whensday.” “Nobody’s Girl\,” from the band’s self-titled 2011 debut\, was that year’s top-spun single in Colorado.  \n  \n\n\nLearn More \n\n\n \n \n \nBob Lefevre & Laniece Schleicher\n \nBob Lefevre\nBob Lefevre\, a musician based in Laramie\, is known for his talents as a songwriter\, singer\, and guitarist. Influenced by his punk rock roots\, his current musical projects lean towards country and alt-country. \nHe is the frontman and songwriter for Bob Lefevre & the Already Gone\, with two albums to their name: a self-titled debut in 2020 and ‘Two’ in 2023. Additionally\, he writes and plays in Ten Cent Stranger\, releasing their album “When You Move On” in 2021. \nLefevre recently wrapped up recording on a solo album at the Blasting Room in Fort Collins\, collaborating with engineer Chris Beeble and a variety of Laramie and Colorado musicians. His upcoming album is a more personal album that straddles the line between the alt-country of the Already Gone and the country of Ten Cent Stranger. Look for a fall release. \n  \nLaniece Schleicher\nLaniece Schleicher is a highly respected vocalist known for her dynamic and powerful performances. With a career spanning over two decades\, she has made significant contributions to the music scene\, recording on more than 20 studio albums and collaborating with several successful bands in Colorado\, Wyoming and Nebraska. \nLaniece’s versatile vocal ability has allowed her to seamlessly transition between various musical genres\, including rock\, blues\, americana\, country\, and soul. As a core member of the bands Ten Cent Stranger\, Mama Lenny and the Remedy\, Rumours\, and Dead Floyd\, she has played an integral role in shaping their sound and captivating audiences with her expressive singing. \nDrawing from her experiences in the vibrant music scenes she has been a part of\, Laniece continues to leave a lasting impact with her soulful delivery and magnetic stage presence.
