Liz Barnez Concert (Benefit for Project Self-Sufficiency)

Join us as we kick off our 2017 Rock Garden Concert series with an exciting fundraising event benefiting Project Self-Sufficiency.  We are very pleased to announce local music legend, Liz Barnez as the concert headliner. 

50% of the night’s ticket sales and all donations from wine and beer sales will go directly to Project Self-Sufficiency and aid in their mission to help single parents realize their dreams for financial independence while creating an improved quality of life for parents and their children.

In addition to great music, the event features delicious food and drinks from local favorites, and a live auction. All of this will take place in our beautiful outdoor venue, appropriately dubbed “The Rock Garden.”

Artist Details:
Liz Barnez started her musical career in the clubs on Bourbon Street in her hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. She brought her eclectic style of music (which incorporates elements of folk, New Orleans R&B, blues, jazz, country, and a hint of pop) to Colorado in the late 80´s and hasn´t slowed down since. Her acoustic swamp groove is apparent in her guitar playing, songwriting, and soulful inspired singing.

• Private dinner by Liz Barnez (NOCO Catering & EVENTS): The winner will receive a private dinner party for up to 10 people, prepared by Personal Chef Liz Barnez featuring a homemade Italian or New Orleans dinner. Liz is a graduate of the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver, CO. and completed a two week culinary/wine program at the Academia Barilla in Parma Italy.
• Discovery Helicopter Flight: Front Range Helicopters is offering a discovery Flight to help you discover the challenge and excitement of piloting a helicopter. The Discovery Flight includes 30 minutes of helicopter flight time and an additional 30-45 minutes with one of our flight instructors to explain how it all works.  Minimum bid of $150.  More Info
