Existing Customer Information
Pre-order requests are welcome for bulk quantities or hard-to-source plants. To inquire about placing an order, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following information.
- A list of the plants that you are requesting.
- Specify if you are open to substitutions if your requested plant variety is not available.
- Provide the date that your order is needed. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but it may take a few business days before we are able to respond.

Rules & Regulations
- All stock is guaranteed to be true to name and variety. If any stock proves otherwise, we will not be liable for an amount greater than the purchase price.
- All merchandise is purchased as-is.
- No other guarantee is expressed or implied.
- A restocking fees will be applied to returns or exchanges of merchandise with a retail cost of $200.00 or greater, including modifications to pick up, delivery, and planting orders. More information about our restocking fee is available here.
- Customer purchases may be placed on hold for limited durations only. More information about our plant holding and pickup policy is available here.
