Fort Collins Nursery’s 90th Birthday Giveaway – Win a $1,000 Gift Card!

Fort Collins Nursery is celebrating our 90th birthday this year and we want to share this special achievement with you! We are hosting an in-store raffle and 9 lucky winners will receive a $1,000 gift card to Fort Collins Nursery! To enter, simply visit Fort Collins Nursery any time during the month of May and fill out an entry form at one of several contest displays located throughout the store. Winners will be selected at random and contacted by June 3.

Sweepstakes Contest Official Rules: 
No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be qualified. Employees of Fort Collins Nursery and their immediate family are not eligible to win. Contest Period runs from May 1 – May 31, 2022. Fort Collins Nursery reserves the right to end the contest at any time. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted by email by Friday, June 3. The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant’s valid email address or at the sole option and discretion of the contest sponsor to a recipient designated by the contest winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Entry in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
