National Avocado Day

Today we celebrate one of the country’s most popular superfruits full of vitamins, omega-3 acids, and
delicious flavor. You can probably think of someone who personifies an avocado- wrinkly and grumpy on
the outside, yet soft and loving on the inside. Today would be a great day to share an avocado with
them, but maybe don’t tell them why you thought of them while avocados were on your mind.
