Course Description:

In this presentation you will develop an eye for pruning by learning how plants naturally grow – before you reach for the correct tool – to bring out their best in your garden. This course will cover Pruning for Flowers, Pruning for Foliage (Hedges and Evergreens), and Pruning Trees for Structure.

Mason Vollmer is a retired Waldorf high school science and gardening teacher. Author of Growing Gardens – Growing People volume 1: Creating the Great School Garden and volume 2: The Community Nursery as an Inclusive Social Enterprise.
