A taste of Germany on wheels! Founded by US Army veteran Robert Gallinger, The Schnitzel Wagon brings the bold, authentic flavors of Germany to Fort Collins and the surrounding areas. After spending 4 years stationed in Budingen and Viseck, Germany, Robert was inspired to share the cuisine he fell in love with- making The Schnitzel Wagon Northern Colorado’s only German food truck.
