Course Description:

If you plan to grow your own fresh produce, join us for a thoughtful look at what you can do to improve the success of your own home vegetable garden.

Presented by Amy Lentz:

Amy Lentz is an Instructor with the Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Department, teaching plant propagation and crop production and management classes at CSU. Prior to moving to Colorado, Amy managed the horticulture farm for a regional university in Kentucky, providing her with first-hand experience in growing a wide variety of horticultural crops in both greenhouse and field settings, including apples, blueberries, vegetables, poinsettias and bedding plants. Now, in her current role, Amy educates the public on a wide range of topics to help them be more successful with their gardens and businesses.
