Did you grow too many cucumbers, and have now found yourself in a… pickle?? Today is for you then,
because November 14 th is National Pickle Day! Today we celebrate the genius who looked at cucumbers,
a vat of vinegar, and thought to combine them into one of nature’s most perfect foods. On a sandwich,
fried, or even just out of the jar- there is a pickle for every occasion!
