GUARANTEE: All stock is guaranteed to be true to name and variety. If any stock proves otherwise, Fort Collins Retail Nursery Inc. will not be liable for an amount greater than the purchase price. All merchandise is purchased as-is. No other guarantee is expressed or implied.

WHOLESALE PRICING: Wholesale customers will receive the following discounts on regularly priced retail merchandise (Fort Collins Retail Nursery, Inc. reserves the right to change these discounts at any time without notice)
• Perennials (including Ornamental Grasses & Vines): 40% off standard retail price
• Woodies (Hardy Trees & Shrubs: 30% off standard retail price
• Annuals, Vegetables, Seeds, Bulbs, & All “Hard Goods”: 25%off standard retail price

All future purchases should be made through this account. Wholesale customers may not switch back and forth between their wholesale account and a standard retail account.

Wholesale customers will always receive the best available pricing. If a retail sale offers a discount at a greater amount than an applicable wholesale discount, the retail discount amount will be applied in lieu of the wholesale discount. All other applicable Wholesale Customer Terms & Conditions shall remain in effect.

Wholesale purchases are customer pick-up only. Delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Only buyers authorized to make purchases on a wholesale account may make purchases. To update an authorized buyer list, please contact our office.

Clients of wholesale customers are not allowed to make purchases using a wholesale account without prior approval. To give approval, please contact our office.

All wholesale purchases shall be charged applicable sales tax unless a sales tax license or other tax exempt paperwork is submitted to our office.

Fort Collins Retail Nursery, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in loss of Wholesale Customer status. Such determinations are made exclusively at the discretion of Fort Collins Retail Nursery, Inc.
